Terms of Service

By using the AutoBlog app you agree to the terms below. Please read them before subscribing or connecting your store.

1. What the service is

AutoBlog runs on Zid and Shopify. It generates blog articles in Arabic and English using AI and publishes them automatically to your store blog — including images, internal links and links to your own products — according to the plan you subscribe to.

2. Subscription and billing

• Subscription, billing and renewal are handled by the platform your store runs on: the Zid app store for Zid stores, or Shopify billing for Shopify stores — each under its own policies.
• Every plan has a daily and monthly article limit. Generation stops once the limit is reached, until the cycle renews.
• Zid plans include a free trial period defined by the platform and governed by its terms. On Shopify, a permanently free plan with a fixed monthly allowance that renews automatically is offered instead of a trial.
• The free plan is intended for evaluation and light use. We may change its limits or features, or discontinue it, with prior notice.

3. AI-generated content

• Articles are produced automatically. We recommend reviewing them before or after publishing; you can edit or delete any article at any time.
• We do not guarantee content is 100% free of errors. Final responsibility for what is published on your store rests with the store owner.
• The app is instructed not to produce definitive medical or legal claims, fixed prices, or references to competing brands — but merchants should still check that content suits their business.
• On the free plan, and starting from the second month of the subscription, published articles may include a credit to MT Themes with a link to our site within or below the article body. This credit is part of what the free plan is offered in exchange for. It is not added to articles generated on any paid plan, and merchants remain free to edit or delete any article on their blog at any time.

4. Intellectual property

Content published to your blog belongs to your store and is yours to use freely. Rights to the app itself, its logo and its interfaces remain with MT Themes.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to generate unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or abuse generation resources.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or stop the service for any store that breaches these terms, with notice where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of generated content or from service interruptions outside our control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
